AI Business Analyst

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional AI Business Analyst to join our UniQue Brussels, Belgium team.What will you be bringing to the team?Document business and functional requirements, and develop business cases. Analyze and model business processes and business models. Perform risk analysis. Support assessment and implementation of AI technologies in business processes, including developing roadmaps for AI deployment. Occasionally promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization.RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?Master + 5 years of experience or Bachelor + 9 years of experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes. Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems. Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations. Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.). Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI. Experience with large organizational administrative processes.
