The ideal candidate demonstrates strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine drive for learning and growth. Experience in AI or Machine Learning development is considered a significant advantage.Only CVs in English will be considered.What You Will DoDevelopment and implementation of innovative IT solutions, with a focus on AI/ML technologies and automation.Close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams to deliver impactful projects.Work with Microsoft’s ecosystem (such as Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, Graph API) and other relevant platforms.Ownership of tasks from concept to delivery, ensuring transparency and accountability.Continuous learning and adaptation to new tools, technologies, and evolving business needs.RequirementsProven experience as a software developer (preferred Python) - mandatory.Hands-on experience in AI or Machine Learning development – strong advantage.Experience with Microsoft technologies (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, RESTful APIs, and web scraping) – advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic setting.Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.Experience working in a global or multicultural environment – advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – advantage.#GLT
