With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 14,500+, and has 58 offices in 21 countries within key global markets.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and open-source libraries.Implement semantic kernel architectures and integrate them with LLMs for advanced natural language understanding.Work with graph-based models and data structures to enhance knowledge retrieval, reasoning, and recommendation systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex problems and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize and fine-tune LLMs and related models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.Contribute to open-source projects and stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and open-source tools.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Qualifications:Proven experience in Python programming, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and semantic kernel technologies.Knowledge of graph databases and graph algorithms (e.g., Neo4j, NetworkX).Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical and creative thinking skills.Familiarity with open-source AI tools, libraries, and deployment pipelines.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar AI service providers.Contributions to open-source projects.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
