In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to research, analyze, and optimize the behavior of language models with a focus on mental health and user psychology. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user behavior analysis, developing mental health support frameworks, studying psychological factors affecting user interactions, and optimizing AI-based therapeutic tools for improved user engagement and outcomes.QualificationsStrong expertise in Psychology and Mental Health to analyze user behaviors and AI interaction frameworksExperience in Behavioral Health and Communication for optimizing therapeutic applicationsExcellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams and develop user-focused solutionsProven research and data analysis skills in behavioral sciencesAdvanced degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Science, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with artificial intelligence, especially Language Learning Models (LLM), is a plus
