AI/ML Engineer-Generative & Agentic AI

The role will focus on designing, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art generative and agentic AI models, creating real-world solutions for enterprises.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven applications, intelligent agents, and scalable solutions that leverage the power of LLMs.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, and implement machine learning models with a focus on LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.Develop pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models into production.Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agentic systems that can perform tasks, reason, and interact with external tools/APIs.Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and related fields.Ensure performance, scalability, and responsible use of AI in real-world applications.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.Strong experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, and NLP techniques.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or other LLM ecosystems.Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.Experience in deploying ML models into production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).Understanding of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or autonomous AI agents is a plus.Preferred SkillsExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.Background in knowledge graphs, reasoning, and decision-making AI systems.Previous contributions to AI research, publications, or open-source projects.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative and Agentic AI projects.Collaborative and innovative work culture.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Exposure to global projects and clients.
