Our flagship model, Ilmu, is designed to be culturally aware, contextually intelligent, and fluent in Bahasa Melayu, delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower Malaysian businesses with intelligence that truly understands the market and the people they serve.As pioneers of sovereign AI, we believe every nation should have the power to shape its own intelligence—guided by its people, priorities, and principles.About the RoleDefine user journeys, feature requirements, and release priorities for AI-powered experiencesWork closely with AI engineers to design workflows involving prompts, memory, retrieval, and agent orchestrationBreak complex problem spaces into iterative experiments and measurable outcomesConduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and improve interactionsPrioritise features based on feasibility, usability, and model behaviour constraintsCollaborate with platform teams to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with operational standardsTrack and report key performance metrics such as success rates, latency, cost per query, and user satisfactionCommunicate goals, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders clearly and consistentlyAdvocate for user-centric design and responsible AI deploymentWhat We’re Looking For3+ years experience in product management, product delivery, or solution design rolesAbility to translate user needs into system flows or structured requirementsFamiliarity with AI concepts such as prompting, embeddings, RAG, or agent behaviours (you don’t need to code, but must be comfortable thinking technically)Proven experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teamsStrong communication, prioritisation, and coordination skillsComfortable operating in a fast-moving, exploratory environment where clarity comes through iterationBonus points if you have:Experience building or shipping AI-powered applications, chat interfaces, or decision-support toolsTechnical familiarity with Python, Node.js, or LLM inference APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Ilmu, etc.)Experience with AI-native development workflows such as Vibe Coding, Replit, Lovable or similar rapid experimentation environmentsExperience in Fintech, GovTech, Education, SaaS, or user researchIntuition for simplifying complex workflows into intuitive user experiencesIf you’re looking to do meaningful work with people who care about how we get there — we’d love to meet you.
