Keep reading!What You’ll Be DoingAI Product strategy & ownership Define and drive the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases, prioritize initiatives by value and feasibility, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to validate solutions. Establish and track success metrics to measure, optimize, and maximize business impact, while balancing technical complexity, business value, and delivery timelinesAI change management & adoption Develop and execute change management strategies to drive AI adoption and foster an AI-ready culture across the company. Engage stakeholders through tailored training, workshops, and communication programs, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear, effective communication.M onitor adoption metrics and feedback, address resistance, and iterate on both product features and change initiatives through agile collaboration. What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications Proficiency in English skills, both verbal and written, is essential. 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML products or data-driven solutions.Skilled at translating technical capabilities into business value, engaging diverse stakeholders, and delivering results through agile prioritization and roadmap management.Experience with product management tools and DevOps tools.Proven track record in change m anagement, organizational transformation, or technology adoption programs. Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations—you don't need to code, but you must speak the language is a plus – willingness to learn is the most important.Preferred Qualifications Background in industrial or B2B environments, particularly in engineering or manufacturing sectors. Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act) and ethical AI principles. Personal attributes This role requires a growth mindset with an entrepreneurial touch.
