Then join our newly established Defence Service Development team in Aarhus and help transform how we deliver measurable value to customers worldwide.  The job: Lead the strategy for world-class defence service offerings  As Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy that drives commercial success and customer value across our service offerings in close collaboration with the Head of Defence Service Development. These offerings span pre-sales, system design, deployment, training, bespoke software development, testing and operations.You will ensure we maintain world-class processes, assets and a comprehensive service library by continually refining our services – empowering customers to strengthen their organisations, technologies and competencies. You will also lead efforts to enhance our customer engagement and service delivery model, ensuring it meets and exceeds international standards and expectations. You can look forward to:executing the future of our service offerings by developing, managing and implementing all aspects of the service strategy, concept development, business model and roadmap – ensuring continued growth, commercial success and customer valuecollaborating with Project Managers and Solution Architects across Defence Services to identify and define innovative, high-impact solutions that address emerging customer requirementsengaging with Sales and Product Development teams during proposal work by providing service guidance, essential service information, sales collateral and support during key customer visitscollaborating with Defence Marketing to develop key service marketing and thought leadership messages while also leading enablement and training initiatives for sales and services teams on new and updated service offeringsplaying a key role in supporting transformation and growth in the entire Defence Services organisation by inspiring a strategic mindset shift on customer engagement.The team: Join our strategic Defence Service Development team in Aarhus You will report to the Head of Defence Service Development and work out of our head office in Aarhus, Denmark. Defence Service Development is a newly established team within Defence Services, primarily based in Aarhus and set to expand throughout 2025 . The team brings together expertise in product portfolio management, service design, solution architecture, military domain knowledge and business analytics.The team works strategically to define service concepts, develop business models and shape offerings in close collaboration with global stakeholders across Systematic. The team also engages broadly across the organisation to ensure innovation and alignment and to drive success.You bring: A mix of product portfolio leadership, technical insight, service experience To succeed in this role, you should bring 5+ years of product management experience, have a solid track record in developing services for digital solutions and hold a master’s degree in IT, business development or a related engineering field.We are also looking for:strong capabilities in driving service vision, roadmap management, lifecycle journey and leading service design with a system-oriented mindsetproven experience in requirements’ gathering, backlog management, digital product development processes and support, operation and maintenancesolid experience in engaging customers, presenting to senior stakeholders, translating customer insights into strategic go-to-market plans and shaping compelling communication that drives adoption and growth.We are looking for a Service Product Manager with a detail-oriented and structured work style who can navigate processes effectively – but also someone with strong collaboration and stakeholder skills, a results-driven mindset and a clear focus on business outcomes.
