We are now seeking a Product Owner – CRM to lead the development and optimization of our CRM systems, ensuring they deliver maximum value to the business.You will serve as the voice of the customer within the digital product organization, ensuring that CRM solutions are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with user needs. Operating at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience, you will have a unique platform to shape how DLG Group connects with its customers. This role offers the opportunity to build and evolve a core digital capability that touches nearly every part of the organization, from agriculture to energy. With a global outlook, you will support CRM initiatives across Germany, Denmark, and Sweden, collaborating with stakeholders in multiple countries.Location: Fredericia (DK) or Flensburg (DE), with flexibility for remote work part of the time.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs Product Owner – CRM in Group Digitalization, you will:Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, feasibility, and strategic importance. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders across the organization. Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure features meet quality standards. Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and communicate updates to stakeholders. This role is anchored in the Group Digitalization Department and reports to the Head of Digital Products. Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Streamlining internal workflows to reduce complexity, accelerate time-to-market, and improve cross-functional collaboration. Aligning with Strategic Objectives: Ensuring CRM capabilities directly support DLG’s long-term vision and strategic business goals. Building for Scalability and Innovation: Creating a flexible, future-ready CRM ecosystem that supports sustainable growth and fosters innovation across the organization. What You BringYou are a strategic and hands-on Product Owner who thrives in agile environments and can translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. You likely have solid experience in a Product Owner role or a similar position, ideally working with CRM systems. Your strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management enables you to navigate complex projects with confidence. You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to align diverse teams and drive progress effectively.Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is complemented by your familiarity with product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
