Job Title: AI Project ManagerJob Type: Contract Location: Remote in Costa RicaLanguage: Fluent in English (B2-C1 Level)AI Delivery LeadJob DescriptionReporting into the Director, Business Operations and Productivity as part of our North America Data Office and Operations team, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives that enhance operational productivity, improve time to value, and accelerate adoption of intelligent, agentic workflows across the business.You will serve as the connective tissue between our engineering team, process owners, and business stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into executable work plans, ensuring rapid delivery of measurable outcomes, and maintaining alignment on priorities, risks, and value realization.We’re looking for individuals who:• Think AI-first: approach delivery through the lens of intelligent automation and scalable enablement.• Are organized, focused, and execution-driven, capable of managing multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the judgment to balance speed and governance, while operating within responsible AI policies and acceptable use requirements.• Able to influence across levels and functions, constructively challenge assumptions and the status quo, and advocate for sound business decisions, even without formal authority.• Are collaborative leaders who can translate between technical and non-technical teams.• Are motivated by building the discipline and structure needed to scale GenAI responsibly and sustainably.What You’ll Do:• Translate business priorities into clear, measurable delivery plans, partnering with operations, data, and engineering teams to scope use cases, define deliverables, and set success metrics.• Drive agile execution by leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and dependencies.• Maintain delivery discipline through consistent cadence, transparent reporting, and effective change control to keep initiatives on track.• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs for deployed AI and agentic workflow solutions (e.g., accuracy, latency, hallucination rate, adoption, and business impact).• Coordinate pilots, user testing, and post-deployment measurement, ensuring compliance with internal governance and responsible AI requirements.• Identify and resolve risks early and continuously capture and share best practices to strengthen the AI delivery framework across teams.QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:• 2-4+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects, ideally within automation, data, or AI programs.• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint management, and backlog prioritization.• Ability to translate business goals into structured delivery plans and measurable KPIs.• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical, operational, and business domains.• Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts (e.g., LLMs, RPA, APIs, workflow orchestration).• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.• Experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes, value realization, and continuous improvement.
