Join our dynamic team and be part of an organization that values precision, safety, and innovation.Your MissionAs Licensed Certifying Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness for our fleet of premium business jets. Working within an EASA PART-145 organization, you’ll take ownership of maintenance activities and lead projects that keep our aircraft flying safely and efficiently.What You’ll DoPerform line and base maintenance in full compliance with PART-145 regulationsLead and coordinate maintenance projects on high-value business jetsSupervise and assess tasks performed by unlicensed mechanicsEnsure correct procedures and manuals are applied during maintenanceVerify that all tasks are properly executed and documented according to PART-145 standardsIdentify and report safety and security risks proactivelyMentor and coach apprentices, sharing your expertiseWhat We’re Looking ForEASA PART-66 AML B1 license without limitations and at least one active type ratingDual qualification (B1 + B2) is a strong advantageType ratings for Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, Pilatus PC-24, or Bombardier Global are a big plusPassion for aviation and commitment to excellenceStrong team player with great organizational skillsFlexible and adaptable to shift work (between 06:00 and 22:00)Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital toolsEligible to live and work in Belgium (FLYINGGROUP does not provide relocation assistance)What We OfferPermanent full-time contract with competitive benefitsA stimulating work environment with state-of-the-art aircraftOpportunities for continuous training and career developmentBe part of a fast-growing company where your expertise truly mattersReady to take your career to new heights?Apply now and join a team that’s shaping the future of business aviation.
