You'll be surrounded by an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and, most importantly, you.Are you ready to make your impact?About The RoleFTI Consulting Brussels is seeking an EU Public Affairs professional to join its Healthcare and Lifesciences team as a Senior Director.The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Public Affairs, combined with a strong interest in health and pharmaceutical policy and industry developments. Strong technical knowledge of recent EU regulatory initiatives in health policy areas and significant health sector experience will be considered essential for this role.You will join a diverse and proactive team of policy experts advising a broad range of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients on navigating complex public policy and communications challenges. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in servicing client accounts by creatively designing and executing programmes in close collaboration with colleagues. Beyond supporting client engagements, you will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple clusters and mentor junior team members.In addition, you will be expected to drive business development by expanding existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting them into long-term partnerships.What You'll Do Client delivery: Provide strategic advice to a portfolio of clients, manage accounts on a day-to-day basis, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Take ownership of relationships by creatively designing and delivering impactful campaigns. Business development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and collaborate with colleagues on activities such as pitch preparation and delivery. Team leadership: Provide project line management for team members working on your accounts, while sharing knowledge and mentoring junior colleagues to support their growth. Networking: Actively engage with EU stakeholders, policymakers, and potential clients to expand and strengthen your professional network.
