What you will do?PurposeThe role is responsible for executing sales and marketing activities within an assigned area, developing dealership networks, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue and market growth. It also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring after-sales service and spare parts availability through the dealer network. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and upgrade dealership networks as per company standards, ensuring 3S operations and after-sales service coverage through authorized workshops. Achieve 100% of assigned tractor sales targets and ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.
Increase market share in the territory, with a focus on promoting and selling 85 HP and 75 HP SKUs. Build and maintain relationships with banks, institutions, and contractors to enhance institutional sales. Regularly prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, product performance, competitor activities, and market analysis. Plan and participate in commercial events, exhibitions, roadshows, and service programs, reporting execution to the line manager. Conduct training sessions for dealers, customers, banks, government officials, and other stakeholders as per assigned requirements. Education: B. Sc / M. Preferably 3 Years in tractor industry / Agriculture industry / Farm Machinery and Agriculture Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Sales and Marketing skills with respect to agriculture machines.
