The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the beverage or hospitality industry. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales accounts, as well as nurturing and managing existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and prospect new on-trade and off-trade accounts, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail outlets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase our diverse portfolio of alcoholic beverages. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for Bootleggers Bay Limited. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Meet regularly with management team to align on strategy and provide progress updates. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales role, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding targets. Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be of legal drinking age. Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
