Sales Representative – Modern Construction Technologies, Insulation Materials, and Polystyrene ProductsJob Summary:Our company is seeking to hire a Sales Representative with solid experience in modern construction technologies, insulation and building materials, and polystyrene products, to join our specialized team focused on market development and expansion.Responsibilities:Promote the company’s products, including construction materials, insulation products, and polystyrene solutions.Attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Prepare and present commercial and technical offers to clients.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct field visits and identify customer needs.Monitor market trends and analyze competitors.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the highest level of service quality.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of construction, insulation, or polystyrene materials.Good knowledge of modern construction technologies (such as LGS, MCM, and 3D Panels).Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Ability to work in the field regularly.Valid driver’s license.Preferred: a strong network within the contracting and engineering consulting sectors.Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive commissions.Motivating work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.
