Business Development & Sales:Identify and target new sales opportunities within the commercial, corporate, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including project owners, consultants, architects, and facility managers.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.2. Technical Consultation & Solution Design:Conduct detailed site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements, scope, and technical constraints.Analyse architectural drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and tender documents.Collaborate with the internal design and engineering teams to develop technically accurate and competitive fit-out solutions.Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, building codes, regulations, and methodologies.Prepare preliminary cost estimations and budgets in coordination with the estimation department.3. Proposal & Tender Management:Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.Ensure all proposals are aligned with client specifications, company standards, and local Saudi regulations (e.g., SBC, SASO).Manage the entire tender process, from pre-qualification to submission.4. Client & Project Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract phase.Facilitate a smooth handover of won projects to the project management team.Maintain client relationships post-handover to secure repeat business and referrals.QualificationsExperience in Technical Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market4+ Experience in Saudi Market in a related field Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clientsProficiency in providing technical support and understanding clients' needs to offer tailored solutionsResults-driven and solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsExperience in the interior fit-out or contracting industry is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
