Company: IMGsResearchPulse — Research & USMLE Mentorship Academy Location: Hybrid — Remote + on-site in Lahore, Pakistan (as scheduled) Job Type: Part-time / Contract (paid with performance incentives)About IMGsResearchPulseIMGsResearchPulse equips medical students and graduates with structured research training (SR/MA) and USMLE mentorship through live Zoom teaching, lifetime recordings, WhatsApp support, certificates, and hands-on tools (Zotero, Rayyan, RevMan, MetaXL).Role OverviewLead and scale our global Ambassador Program across medical schools and IMG communities: recruit and onboard ambassadors, co-host webinars/micro-sessions, ensure accurate program messaging, and track enrollments/ compensation attribution. Primarily remote with periodic on-site days in Lahore.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and operate the ambassador program with clear SOPs across regions/time zonesRecruit, interview, and onboard ambassadors; deliver structured trainingMaintain regular 1:1/group check-ins; be the primary point of contactPlan and co-host campus/online sessions to amplify our mission and offeringsProvide enablement (decks, talking points, outreach kits)Track reach, sign-ups, conversions; attribute enrollments; manage incentives/stipendsEnsure ethical, accurate, brand-aligned messaging; capture feedback to improve playbooksQualifications (Must-Have)Fresh graduate (or final-year student near graduation) from any medical-related field, e.g.: Medicine/MBBS, Biomedical/Health Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nutrition, Allied Health, Health Informatics, etc.Basic understanding of research methodology (study designs, literature search/screening, data extraction basics)Clear written/verbal communication; comfortable on Zoom and limited on-site meetingsOrganized, proactive, and able to coordinate across time zones (spreadsheets/CRMs/calendars)Mission alignment with supporting IMGs in research and USMLE pathwaysNice to HaveExperience in program/community management, student societies, or campus initiativesFamiliarity with Zotero, Rayyan, RevMan, MetaXL; basic slide/content skills (Canva/PowerPoint)Prior involvement in webinars, workshops, or ambassador programsSuccess Metrics (KPIs)Ambassadors recruited/onboarded/active per monthSessions/webinars executed and attendanceQualified leads and enrollments attributed to ambassadorsAmbassador retention/NPS and content outputMessaging accuracy and brand complianceCompensationPaid contract with performance incentivesApproved on-site expense reimbursement where applicableWork Arrangement (Hybrid)Primarily remote; on-site presence in Lahore, Pakistan as scheduled (events, team syncs, partner meetings)How to ApplyApply with your CV, an intro video of yours(2min max.) and mention any relevant experience.
