Position Title: Amazon Product Launch AssociateJob Summary:The Product Launch Associate plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of product launch campaigns, primarily focusing on conducting in-depth keyword research, tracking performance, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of Amazon tools and systems. The Product Launch Associate will also be responsible for maintaining project progress, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns within Airtable.Why Join Us?22 Annual Paid LeavesYear-End Bonus: Receive an annual bonus equal to one month’s salary after completing one year.Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional rewards based on individual and campaign success.Observed National Holidays: All national holidays in Pakistan, including Eid and Muharram, are observed.Company-Sponsored Excursions: Enjoy team trips and outings organized by Full Circle.Annual Increments: Regular reviews to reward performance and growth.Work with Top-Tier Brands: Gain valuable experience managing campaigns for leading 7-8 figure US brands.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing product launch campaigns across digital platforms, with a focus on Amazon.Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for search visibility and performance.Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics like sales, CTR, and conversion rates.Maintain data accuracy across platforms, ensuring up-to-date and correct product details.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and coordination of campaigns.Manage tasks, timelines, and progress within Airtable for project tracking.Contribute to process improvement by identifying and implementing new strategies for campaign optimization.Qualifications & Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in Amazon tools, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and A+ Content Manager.Familiarity with keyword research tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.Proficient in Airtable or other project management software.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience in e-commerce, product launch, or digital marketing is a plus.Mandatory Requirements:This is an office-based position in Lahore, where remote work is unavailable.Candidates must have their own laptop/machine for this role.Job timings are from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
