Analyst, Compliance Consulting

Kroll’s Compliance Consulting practice assists clients in setting up firms, obtaining their initial authorization or registration, and providing them with ongoing compliance advice to navigate the rapidly changing regulatory landscape. As an Analyst you will embody drive, embrace change and take risks. You will be innovative and solve problems in our Compliance Consulting business.Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing a portfolio of alternative investment client relationships to ensure they comply with their regulatory requirementsDrafting compliance manuals and other compliance documentation for clientsEstablishing and maintaining the compliance infrastructure for clientsUndertaking periodic compliance monitoring reviews at client premisesPrepare and refine audit procedures for the conduct of audit engagements/projects across APACExecute audit procedures to assess, design and operating effectiveness of internal controlsPrepare written audit reports by drafting audit issues and recommendations on the review results of audit engagements/projectsDrafting and/or reviewing regulatory reports and returnsEssential TraitsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience with an exposure to compliance and alternative asset management industryDetailed understanding of MAS rules, regulations and guidelines for Capital Market Services License holder especially Fund Management CompaniesGood understanding of the financial services industry in particular the alternative asset managementTime management and ability to work under pressureFinancial Services or Asset and Wealth Management audit background would be usefulAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
