The Aviation team's specialism includes dispute resolution in single and cross border litigation, complex and high value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management and regulatory matters.This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal who is keen to be part of a highly regarded team within a fast growing international law firm.TeamKennedys Singapore office was established in 2008 and in 2015 entered into a joint law venture (JLV) with local Singapore law firm, Legal Solutions to create Kennedys Legal Solutions. Kennedys Legal Solutions is the Singapore office of the international law firm Kennedys which has 45 offices around the world.We pride ourselves on helping our clients navigate both business and legal challenges throughout the Asia Pacific region and across multiple practice areas, with a strong focus in both the commercial and insurance/reinsurance sector. We provide a seamless suite of services across both English and Singapore law and are closely connected with our offices in Hong Kong, Australia and the Middle East, as well as partner firms across Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleaguesWorking on tight deadlines and as part of a teamAttend to clients both on the telephone and in person in a professional mannerTo undertake any other duties which from time to time may be allocated.Required ExperienceAt least 1 - 2 years of law firm experience, we are also open to applications from more experienced paralegal with the applicable experience and ambitionExcellent academics in LawDemonstrable research, writing, organisational and communication skillsStrong computer literacy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamImmediately available or available with short noticeClientsInsurance and reinsurance companiesAirlines, airports and aerodromes and private individuals Maintenance organisations, general aviation operators, business jet operators and regulatory authoritiesCasesInsurance/Reinsurance claims and Aviation liability disputes in various jurisdictionsAdvice on regulatory lawCommercial contracts and policy coverageAbout KennedysKennedys is a global law firm with expertise in dispute resolution and advisory services.
