What The Day Will Look LikeAs Compliance Officer, you will lead the development and maintenance of a robust risk management and compliance framework for Aon Barbados and its managed clients. You’ll be the key point of contact for all governance, risk, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to both local regulatory requirements and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities IncludeActing as AMLCO, MLRO, and primary contact for compliance mattersDeveloping and executing the annual compliance strategyOverseeing due diligence, AML risk assessments, and compliance reviewsProviding guidance on regulatory changes and their impactLiaising with auditors and maintaining compliance documentationDelivering AML training to colleagues and client boardsRepresenting Compliance at Board meetings and managing GRC proceduresHow This Opportunity Is DifferentThis is a unique opportunity to shape the compliance landscape for Aon Barbados. You’ll collaborate closely with the Local Vice President and Chief Risk Officer (ACIM) and work alongside internal teams and managed clients.
