In this role, you will own the lifecycle management and development of IT solutions in the logistics and purchasing domain, including SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules and 3PL integration.Your contribution will be critical to the performance and success of Metso's global Logistics and Purchasing operations as we complete our S/4HANA transformation. Your role includes hands-on configuration and customization work as well as broader application owner responsibilities.TEAM YOU BELONG TOYou will join a team of six Supply Chain IT experts dedicated to building and maintaining solutions that power Metso's global supply chain. The team is currently focused on SAP S/4HANA implementation and the development of logistics and purchasing applications. We work in close collaboration with Metso's Logistics, Procurement, and Business Areas, with team members located in Finland and Brazil. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Logistics and Procurement Applications.What You’ll DoHands-on configuring and customizing of SAP MM, IM and EWM modules in S/4HANA environment on both logistics and purchasing domains.Coordinate with external partners and internal development teams for custom enhancements and integrationsCollect and document requirements from logistics and procurement stakeholders, perform functional analysis, and transfer knowledge to business usersDrive adoption of agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices within the team to improve delivery speed and solution qualityServe as the subject matter expert for logistics and purchasing applications, providing guidance to stakeholders across business areasSupport S/4HANA migration initiatives and lead module implementations for new business acquisitions when needed.Who You AreMust-have qualifications:Hands-on SAP MM and IM configuration and customization experience in both logistics and purchasing domains, preferably in S/4HANA environments.SAP implementation or support experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments.Professional proficiency in English for stakeholder communication and documentation.Ability to work independently with ownership mindset while coordinating effectively with distributed teams.Nice-to-have qualifications:EWM configuration experience or familiarity with warehouse management processes.Experience building or supporting 3PL integrations with external logistics partners.Knowledge of cross-functional SAP integration (FI, EWM, SD, PP, TM).Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP environments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.We value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
