You’ll handle Level 2/3 support, manage configurations, and deliver small but meaningful enhancements that make everyday work easierThis role suits someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and values well-structured, well-documented work. You’ll work closely with the Applications Lead and other teams to resolve incidents, support testing and releases, and keep processes clean and auditable.This is an on-site role based at our support office, with occasional flexibility by arrangement. Infrequent domestic travel may be required.Skills & Experience | He pūkenga touWe’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a service-oriented mindset:2+ years’ experience in application support (SaaS or on-premises), working with ticketing tools and meeting SLAsConfident managing configurations, user administration, and data imports/exportsHands-on experience with task automation, system integrations, or APIs, including monitoring, error handling, and basic scriptingProven ability to prepare and execute test cases and UAT cyclesMicrosoft 365 administration experience, including user and license management, permissions, and basic configurationProficient with the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for documentation, analysis, and collaborationStrong documentation habits and attention to detailClear communicator who can translate technical issues into plain languageBuilds strong relationships and communicates effectively with internal teams and external vendorsProactive, analytical, and self-managing.
