You will run and optimise ServiceNow platforms and work on enhancements and small projects while mentoring more junior engineers in the team.Maintain ServiceNow instances; patching, enhancing and modifying as requiredSupport the delivery of enhancements and deployment of new features.Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.Enable, manage and maintain applications via the App Engine.Engage with internal and customer stakeholders to build and test solutionsCollaborate and provide thought leadership to solve complex technical challengesBecome a ‘ServiceNow evangelist’ with our customer stakeholders, raising awareness of the platform and encourage further adoptionRecommend ways to drive increased adoption of ServiceNow solutionsMaintain excellent service levels to our customersAbout youWe are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations.3+ years in a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer positionStrong experience across ITSM, CSM, HRSD and/or other ServiceNow modulesSolid JavaScript, HTML, CSS development skillsProven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environmentAbility to describe ServiceNow Best PracticesExcellent communication and customer services skillsWillingness to learn and growRelevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.BenefitsExciting time to join an expanding Multi Cloud Solutions Provider and ServiceNow Elite Partner with excellent reputationVaried engagements, environments and clients (corporate and government)Work with some of the brightest minds in the IndustryGenuine flexible work environment (WFH & Office)Strong investment in training and upskilling - certifications paid forMature team environment with a high level of engagementLocation: AUCKLAND (NZ)Facilities for socialising and relaxingLots of company social events"Me Days" ~ equivalent to 1 extra week of annual leave$120,000-$130,000 package per annum + bonus + benefitsCulturePeople here have real relationships that go beyond work, and maintaining our awesome culture is a top priority at AC3.
