As we continue to evolve our digital and technology capabilities, we're searching for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the way in embedding quality across our products and platforms.As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including engineers, analysts, and designers-to define test strategies, drive automation, and provide insights that shape the user experience.Lead the development and execution of test strategies that build quality into every stage of deliveryChampion automation and continuous testing practices, driving improvements across the QA functionCollaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions are robust and fit for purposeSupport, mentor, and guide QA team members to grow capability and maintain consistency in testing standardsPartner with teams across nib to enhance release processes and ensure smooth, high-quality deploymentsAbout you | Ko Wai KoeThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional software that makes a real difference to people's lives.5+ years' experience as a QA Engineer or Developer with a strong understanding of TDD, BDD, and continuous integrationDeep experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, TestCafe, SpecFlow, NUnit, Jest, Mocha)Hands-on experience testing across .NET, SQL, Node.js, Web API or similar technology stacksA strategic approach to testing - able to design, execute, and continuously improve QA processesStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a genuine passion for mentoring and knowledge sharingBonus: Experience with AWS, NoSQL databases, or professional QA certificationIf you're ready to step into a role that will challenge and reward you daily and provide an opportunity to build on your career, then please apply today!We embrace an inclusive working environment.
