We are seeking a Customer Data Analyst to provide actionable insights to inform the design of better customer experiences.This role works with the Customer Solutions team and the wider organisation to understand business needs, identify detailed data requirements, and generate insights to drive business improvements.In this role, you’ll:Provide actionable insights to inform the design of better customer experiencesWork with the Customer Solutions team and wider organisation to understand business needsIdentify detailed data requirements and generate insights to drive business improvementsNā tāu rourou | What will you bring?As a seasoned professional, you’ll bring experience working in large-scale, performance-driven environments. You’ll also bring:A curious mind and the ability to turn data into insights and bring opportunities to lifeExperience working in a commercial environment delivering insights to help drive better customer outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.Great attention to detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through data visualisationExperience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environmentBachelor’s degree in business, statistics, math, computer science, or economicsExperience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and TableauExperience with programming and data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power Query, Alteryx and SASA drive to master new technologies and data analysis techniquesKo mātou tēnei | Our OrganisationAt Auckland Transport, people are at the heart of everything we do.
