HJM is looking for a driven, detail-oriented mind to help shape bold, functional spaces. If you have 3-5 years of experience, a degree in Architecture, and serious skills in Revit, we want you on our team.What You’ll Do: Work alongside architects, consultants, and designers to develop smart, well-crafted spaces. Assist in everything from concept design to construction documents to client presentations. Get hands-on with technical detailing, modeling, and coordination—this is real project work, not busy work. Flex your skills in Revit, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and Enscape while growing with a team that pushes boundaries. What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of office experience in an architecture or design firm. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture. Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape are a plus). Strong technical skills with an eye for design and problem-solving.
