Developing and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and policies that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.2. Overseeing the quality control process from design to construction, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet project specifications.3. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and correct any quality control issues, including deviations from project plans.4. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.5. Analyzing data and preparing reports on quality control metrics, including defect rates, rework rates, and other performance indicators.6. Collaborating with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of the project lifecycle.7. Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of quality control.Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.• Extensive experience 10+ in Construction Industry at least 6 years in Quality Control preferably in an architectural Engineering.• Strong Knowledge in Method Statement and ITP •Proficiency in Preparing Project Documents and reviewing MIR RFI and another logs.• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.• Professional certifications in Quality Control are desirable ISO 9001, PMP.
