This position affords the opportunity to be part of a growing team working on all phases of a diverse array of multi-disciplinary project types and an excellent opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail oriented, and exhibits a commitment to design excellence as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all project phases including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administrationIntegrated Revit modeling and related project document development including renderings, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and specificationsDevelop high-quality, accurate project documentsAttend meetings with clients, consultants & contractors, and make regular project visitsProvide research and create graphics to support business development and marketing activitesWork collaboratively with multi-disciplinary project team across multiple officesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Master's degree a plus2-5 years of professional experience and on ARE licensure trackHigh proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CS & MS-officeExperience in architectural design, detailing, building systems codes and construction techniquesThorough understanding of architectural practice and project deliveryExperience with coordination of clients and multi-disciplinary consultants Strong creative, problem-solving and technical skillsExcellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as within a virtual setting.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.RESUME & PORTFOLIO MUST BE INCLUDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITIONSalary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per annum*Salary commensurate with relevant professional experience and credentialsSummit Design and Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
