As a rapidly growing company in the HR and outsourcing industry, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, ensure workflow optimization, and drive overall business performance. If you’re a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling operations, managing remote teams, and optimizing business processes, we want to hear from you!Compensation: $9000-$12000 USD Per Month!Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments (Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of workflow automations and processes designed to enhance business efficiency and client experience• Establish and hold departments accountable for key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction across all operations• Drive operational initiatives that maximize revenue, improve profitability, and support the growth of Remote Leverage• Build and maintain high-performing teams by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution, ensuring that each department meets performance expectations• Prioritize client needs and experience, developing processes that maintain and enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention• Use data analytics and performance metrics to inform operational decisions, refine workflows, and optimize business practicesPreferred Skills & Tools:• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams• Expertise in developing and optimizing workflows and processes• Experience in remote team leadership and adapting business strategiesQualifications:• 7+ years of senior-level experience in operations management, with significant exposure to the recruitment and outsourcing industries (ideally including HR tech or staffing)• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment• A track record of successfully developing and implementing optimized workflows and processes• Strong ability to set clear objectives and hold teams accountable for performance• Fluent English, both verbal and written• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset• Energetic & upbeat• Team Player• Willing to listen to feedback & improveInterested?
