Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote)

We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.Deliverables/Principal Results ExpectedScope of Position & Technical Competency -: Conduct screening on potential client calls. Complete all documentation associated with client calls. Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development. Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.Technical Competencies: Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.Education, ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
