Architectural Draftsperson

This is a remote position.Hours: M-F 6pm - 3 amSalary: $500 CAD / monthOur client is a Canadian firm solely focused on design for ADU and multiplex housing — including duplex, triplex, fourplex, garden suites, laneway homes, garage conversions, and multi-generational homes.Our work is dedicated to helping homeowners, landlords, and developers optimize the full real estate potential of their property.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a versatile Architectural Draftsperson with strong design and visualization skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and graphic design, and will also contribute to social media content creation to help communicate our projects and brand.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.Develop and refine SketchUp 3D models for design presentations and visualization.Collaborate with the design team to produce conceptual and working drawings.Assist in the creation of presentation materials, drawings, and client-facing graphics.Design and schedule social media posts showcasing studio projects, process work, and design insights.Support the team with graphic design tasks, including layouts, marketing materials, and digital content.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Creative eye for design, composition, and storytelling through visuals.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and examples of your portfolio (drawings, 3D models, or design work) that best demonstrate your technical ability and design style.
