With a philosophy based on the highest standards of ethics and business conduct, YBA prioritizes client privacy and top-quality services.Scope of the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation through completion. This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.Key Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget. Define project deliverables and milestones.Execution: Oversee the day-to-day management of project activities. Coordinate tasks, manage project team members, and ensure project milestones are met.Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure financial controls are in place. Provide regular budget status updates to stakeholders.Cost Estimate/Control: Coordinate with team members, approve the final cost estimate, and manage the budget throughout the project lifecycle.·       Cost control is crucial for ensuring a project is completed within budget.   ·       Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors and adjust plans as needed.·       Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings, provide updates, and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.·       Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams. Assign tasks, manage performance, and provide guidance and support to team members.·       Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.·       Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and change requests. Ensure all project records are accurate and up-to-date.·       Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues and challenges. Implement solutions that align with project goals and objectives.·       Project Closure: Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations. Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders. These tasks both involve strong strategic thinking skills.·       Time management: The project manager designs project timelines and ensure everyone meets deadlines. They also oversee all parts of the project, requiring time management skills to schedule their time effectively·       Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.·       Leadership: As the primary point of contact for team members, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals. You're the leader who keeps the group connected.·       Organization and time management: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time. ·       Computers and data entry: Budgets and other important documents for companies are usually created on computers and sometimes maintained in databases.·       Problem-solving: Although project managers may step in to handle significant problems, you should be prepared to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance.·      Positive attitude: Generally, a positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated.Professional Qualification & Experience: ·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.·       Minimum 4-7 years of experience in architectural project management.·       Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex architectural projects.·       Strong knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).·       Excellent project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.·       Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.·       Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.·       PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
