Project Manager, Data & AI Platform Implementation

Are you a Project Manager who loves bridging the gap between advanced AI/Data Science and critical business decisions? We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the implementation of a new, cutting-edge platform for data collection, AI-driven analysis, and interactive visualization.Key Responsibilities·        Project Strategy & Execution: Define, plan, and execute the full project lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.·        Requirements & Selection: Partner with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) to define data, AI/ML, and visualization requirements. Lead the evaluation and selection of the final platform (COTS or custom solution).·        Technical Oversight: Coordinate and manage a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers. Ensure seamless integration with various source systems and APIs.·        Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project risks related to data quality, integration complexity, and user adoption. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and training strategy.·        Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, concise, and regular project status updates to executive leadership and end-users.Required Skills & Qualifications ·        5+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Warehouse implementation.·        Demonstrated experience managing projects with a significant AI/Machine Learning component is highly preferred.·        Proven track record of managing technical teams and integrating complex, disparate data sources.·        Technical Fluency:·        Strong understanding of the data lifecycle (ETL/ELT, data modeling, data governance).·        Familiarity with common BI and Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake).·        Project Management Expertise:·        Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).·        Certification is a plus (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2).·        Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.·        Nice to HaveExperience with Data Governance framework implementation.Background in consulting or a client-facing technical role.Hands-on familiarity with programming languages used in data science (e.g., Python, SQL).
