We are looking for an experienced visualiser to join our design team.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Architectural Visualiser to join our creative team at GreyBoulders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects. You will work closely with our architects and designers to bring concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations of architectural projects.Develop visual presentations for client proposals, marketing materials, and social media content.Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural drawings and ensure design intent is accurately represented.Maintain visual consistency and high-quality standards across all outputs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Qualifications & RequirementsProficiency in 3D visualisation software such as Lumion, Revit, and 3ds Max. D5 Render is a plusBasic to intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and CapCut for post-production and presentation.Strong sense of composition, lighting, and materials.Creativity and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience using AI-powered design or productivity tools effectively and ethically.Optionally, but highly recommended, have a personal computer capable of handling 3D visualisation tasks; however, office systems are available.
