Key Duties/Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Be a troubler shooter for all assigned stores whenever any store encounter issues regard to operational mattersEnsure the continued growth and development of the stores by providing store managers with hands on leadership and direction, helping them to identify appropriate tasks and objectivesTo maximize store performance, increase sales, improve margins and reduce costsEnsure 100% customer satisfaction through excellent management of staff and expected standards with regular follow-up auditsEnsure all stores work within company standard operations proceduresWork on following-up and implementing employee development programsTimely submission of sales and other management reportsRecruitment for storeEnsure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelinesResponsible to ensure store visual layout are in compliance with SOP, well organised and properly merchandised.Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when requiredJob RequirementsAt least 5 years working experience in retail operations managementStrong leadership, interpersonal and management skill.Resourceful, able to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skill in English.Able to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of people.Able to analyse situations and resolve the issues with innovative and creative thinkingExtensive traveling within Bangkok city is required
