One of our main focuses is Grab Marketing Services (GMS) and Platform Monetization. We design marketing packages and services leveraging Grab's assets and demand-generation tools to help merchants and partners achieve their goals—while also driving revenue for Grab.Get to Know the RoleThis role strikes a balance between advanced analytics, project management, and partner management. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects: from designing marketing packages, conducting experiments, analyzing performance data, and pricing, to creating pitch decks, go-to-market strategies, operational processes, campaign execution, and performance reporting.You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Account Management, Vertical strategy, Product or even Finance and Legal) to ensure successful execution.This role reports to Senior Manager, Campaign and Monetization (Food) and is based in Bangkok office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformAnalyze merchant data to identify growth opportunities and shape GMS strategy.Design tailored marketing packages for different merchant segments using data, assets, and demand-generation tools.Conduct experiments to measure impact and refine package design.Price packages using appropriate methods and data-driven approaches.Develop go-to-market strategies, including pitch decks, communication plans, timelines, and launch materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Design and manage operational processes and tools to ensure smooth execution.Build campaign dashboards to monitor performance and create reports for merchants and Grab stakeholders.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need3 - 4 years of relevant experience, with team leadership experience as a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from a top university (Thailand or overseas).Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel.Quantitative mindset with strong business acumen; able to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication skills.Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.Additional InformationLife at GrabWe care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer:We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.With GrabFlex, create a benefits package that suits your needs and aspirations.Celebrate moments that matter in life with loved ones through Parental and Birthday leave, and give back to your communities through Love-all-Serve-all (LASA) volunteering leaveWe have a confidential Grabber Assistance Programme to guide and uplift you and your loved ones through life's challenges.Balancing personal commitments and life's demands are made easier with our FlexWork arrangements such as differentiated hoursWhat We Stand For At GrabWe are committed to building an inclusive and equitable workplace that enables diverse Grabbers to grow and perform at their best.
