Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.Monitor competitor activities and market trends.Manage, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase market share.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience:5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, paint, or related industries.Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skillsDealer and distributor managementTeam leadership and supervisionMarket analysis and reportingCommunication and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of MS Office and sales reporting toolsOther Requirements:Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
