Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kathmandu. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right riding gear to meet their specific needs, maintaining knowledge of all products and their features, and fostering excellent customer relationships. Additional duties include managing inventory, ensuring the store is organized and welcoming, and supporting sales goals through effective communication and service.QualificationsProven sales and customer service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge or interest in riding gear, including features and benefits based on riding stylesBasic inventory management and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide excellent customer experiencesMotivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasksFluency in English and Nepali is preferredExperience working in a retail setting or with motorbike-related products is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
