Job Description

Supervise and manage the performance of sales staff (e.g., targets, daily tasks, KPIs)Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progressProvide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to team membersEnsure customer satisfaction by handling escalated concerns and resolving issuesPrepare and analyze sales reports and recommend improvements Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales effortsEnforce company policies and ensure staff complianceConduct regular meetings to review performance, provide updates, and set new goalsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)At least 2-3 years of sales experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead roleStrong leadership and communication skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsCustomer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systemsCan work under pressure and flexible with shifting schedules
