Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Visual Merchandiser, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Area Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for visual strategy and execution, ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards. Key daily tasks include planning and implementing visual merchandising guidelines, coordinating with store managers to optimize layouts, enhancing the visual appeal of displays, and analyzing stock rotation. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across stores and occasionally training store teams on best practices to improve customer experience and sales performance. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess display effectiveness and improve merchandising outcomes.Effective communication skills for collaboration with store teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to align merchandising with commercial goals.Training abilities to support and develop team skills in visual merchandising practices.Negotiation skills for coordinating and achieving alignment across multiple locations.Familiarity with fashion and retail trends, with a passion for creating compelling visual aesthetics.Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.Ability to travel across stores and work flexible hours if needed.
