(Part-Time – Cairo/Giza Only)Dacktra is looking for a skilled digital marketing specialist with hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising, preferably within the medical/healthcare field.✅ Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.Prior experience in Healthcare Marketing is a strong plus.Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with clear marketing objectives.Proven experience in running paid campaigns on: Meta – Google Ads – TikTok AdsStrong ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.Experience in Retargeting / Remarketing / Lookalike Audiences.Ability to plan and forecast advertising budgets effectively.Practical knowledge of:Meta Business ManagerGoogle Analytics (GA4)Google Tag ManagerHotjar (or similar analytics tools)Basic understanding of SEO and ASO principles.Ability to design and optimize Marketing Funnels and improve user journey.copywriting skills for persuasive, conversion-focused ad content.Ability to coordinate with designers and ensure brand consistency across visuals.Content scheduling and task organization using tools like: ClickUpFamiliarity with Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo).Ability to create case studies summarizing campaign results.Open-minded, creative thinker with an innovative mindset.🧠 Personal Skills:Strong attention to detail.Data-driven analytical mindset.Ability to make decisions independently without micromanagement.Excellent time management.Crisis handling skills in case of negative feedback or online reputation issues.👨‍💻 Work Responsibilities:Managing the Dacktra accounts + 4 additional external accounts.Must provide examples of previous ad campaigns with performance results.Must include managed social media pages in the CV/Portfolio.📍 Location:Must be based in Cairo or Giza.Weekly onsite meeting required at Smart Village.🕒 Work System:Part-time – RemoteFlexible working hours (18–20 hours/week depending on workload).One weekly attendance day at the office.🎯 Key KPIs:Cost per Lead / InstallConversion RateRetention ImprovementEngagement RateCost per Appointment⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred):Experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition.Ability to leverage AI tools in marketing workflows.Experience in building automated marketing funnels.📩 How to Apply:If you meet the requirements, please send your CV + Portfolio (including campaign results and managed pages) to:📧 Email: info@dacktra.com 📱 WhatsApp: 01020070704
