They’re looking for an Artwork Production Automation Specialist, someone who loves the balance of creativity, precision, and technology.Whether you come from an artwork, reprographics, or packaging background, this is a chance to take that experience further helping to automate and streamline how packaging artwork is created and delivered for some of the world’s biggest brands.What you’ll doCreate and manage automation solutions to make packaging artwork more efficient, accurate, and consistent.Build smart templates and active brand guidelines that keep artwork on-brand and production ready.Check artwork for accuracy, colour, layout, and compliance before it goes to print.Work closely with design, production, and technology teams to keep projects running smoothly.Support client demos and presentations when needed.Keep improving & finding new ways to use technology and automation to enhance quality and speed.Your backgroundExperience working in artwork, packaging, or reprographics, whether that’s in a studio, agency, or print environment.Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Great attention to detail and a passion for getting things right.Organised, proactive, and confident working on multiple projects.A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with different teams.It’s a bonus if you also haveExperience with automation platforms or artwork management systems.Understanding of print processes, colour management, and packaging production.Experience creating brand toolkits or guidelines for large brands.An interest in new technology and process improvement.Why you’ll love itYou’ll be part of an ambitious, forward-thinking team that’s redefining how packaging production works, blending design, technology, and innovation.You’ll have the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact, whether that’s mastering automation tools, developing smarter workflows, or helping to deliver beautiful, accurate packaging to global clients.If you’re curious, detail-driven, and excited about the future of packaging production we’d love to hear from you!Salary will depend upon experience and your expectations will be discussed so please still applyThis is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week onsite in either Hull OR Central Leeds
