This person will bring strong project management experience, ensuring that projects move efficiently from planning to execution, while continuously optimizing team collaboration.🕒 Contract DetailsContract Type: FreelanceLocation: Latin America-based (Remote)Languages: Advanced English (C1); Spanish a plusHourly Rate: USD $15–16/hour⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, build, and maintain Asana projects, portfolios, dashboards, and automations.Develop standardized templates and scalable workflows that align with business processes.Integrate Asana with other collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, etc.).Provide training, documentation, and onboarding to teams for best practices.Conduct regular audits and workflow reviews, ensuring clarity and efficiency.Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to align timelines and deliverables.Analyze workflow data and performance metrics to recommend improvements.Support change management, ensuring smooth adoption across global teams.🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsExpert-level proficiency in Asana (portfolios, tasks, dependencies, rules, forms, dashboards).Strong project management experience (coordination, reporting, prioritization).Excellent understanding of workflow design and optimization.Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.Experience with automation and integration tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).Comfortable working remotely with global teams and managing projects asynchronously.Advanced English (C1), required.
