About Us: Asia Wine Service & Education Centre (AWSEC) has been a leader in wine, spirits, sake, and beer education for over 30 years, providing top-quality education to both the trade and public. We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager to expand our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and education, with the ability to connect with customers and drive enrollment.  Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate, hospitality, and other organizational clients.  Oversee the AWSEC Club membership program, with a focus on expanding member benefits to increase retention and cultivating external partnerships to drive growth and value. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to promote our education programs and secure new partnerships.  Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your client network.  Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns.  Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new partnership avenues.  Achieve and exceed ambitious growth targets through your exceptional client management and relationship skills.  Provide excellent pre- and post-partnership support to ensure a seamless customer experience.  Qualifications and Skills:  University level of education is preferred   Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in business development, account management, or client partnerships.  Proven track record of securing new corporate clients and developing lasting relationships.  Extensive network of contacts within the corporate and hospitality sectors.  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  An outgoing personality with self-motivated, results-driven mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.  Passion for wine, sake, spirits education and familiar with wine, sake, spirits education certifications (e.g., WSET) is preferred. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Preferred) to effectively engage with our local and regional client base. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager. Schedule & Hours: 9-hours per day  5-day work weekWhy Join AWSEC: Competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure based on sales performance. Opportunity to work in a prestigious, passion-driven industry. Access to exclusive wine education and tastings. A dynamic and supportive team committed to excellence and innovation. A generous leave package includes annual leave; birthday leave and paid sick leave entitlements. Medical coverage.
