For our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are currently looking for an ASPIRE Local OCM Lead. ASPIRE is the pharmaceutical company's wide business transformation program that aims to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions for the company that will help manage it as efficiently as possible. At the center of ASPIRE is the One Enterprise, the future of our current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is co-creating one harmonized process house across the company's enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core - a technology that will replace the company’s existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach within SAP, available to all company's entities around the globe, our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized, and scalable.The purpose of the local OCM Lead role is to ensure that all OCM aspects of the ASPIRE Deployment are considered, understood, and followed. The local OCM lead is responsible for ensuring that the OCM deployment toolkit is adopted and all deliverables are completed. This role is in close collaboration with the Wave OCM team and local deployment team members. The role includes supporting the local deployment lead, the local leaders, and the affected employees, designing and delivering tailored change strategies, supporting communication and training initiatives, driving user adoption of ASPIRE processes and systems, and addressing cultural change aspects—all while following the ASPIRE OCM Deployment Framework.The perfect candidate:The ideal candidate is an experienced OCM Manager with a Bachelor's or advanced degree and a proven track record of 3-6 years in OCM delivery roles during large-scale ERP/SAP implementations or transformations.This candidate will be responsible for leading all local OCM, communication, and training activities, performing stakeholder and impact assessments, and ensuring the local organization is ready for change by executing activities from the deployment toolkit. The role requires a positive, solution-oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills, fluency in both English and German (C1), and the ability to challenge and influence effectively at all corporate levels.General Information:• Start date: 1.1.2026• latest Start Date: 1.2.2026• Planned duration: 31.06.2026• Extension (in case of limitation): no• Workplace: Basel• Workload: 100%• Home Office: 2 days home office max.• Travel: no• Team: 30 people• Working hours: Standard• Is a criminal record extract required: noTasks & Responsibilities:● Oversees local OCM, communication and training activities● Manages local stakeholder assessment and impact assessment● Manages local organizational impact analysis and change plan● Coordinates stakeholder specific activities together with comms and training● Ensures local resources are in place to manage OCM activities● Hands-on resource(s) to execute OCM activities on local level● Executes activities from OCM plans to ensure the organization is ready for change● Utilizes OCM plan and templates provided in deployment toolkit or local equivalent to lead the organization through the change● Follows on Organizational Alignment and Workforce transition as required● Regularly monitors status and provides feedback to the Wave OCM team● Is responsible for completion of local deliverables within the toolkitMust Haves:● Bachelor or advanced degree in related specialization areas● 3-6 years in OCM for ERP/SAP implementation projects or transformations in support organizations. Proven track record in OCM Manager delivery role● Experience of leading, or having a significant role in the implementation of large scale and cross functional projects● Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases● Positive personality with a can-do attitude and a problem solver with a history of meeting and overcoming challenges and change resistance● Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment● Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (C1) and German (C1)● Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to challenge and influence at all levels● Proven ability to deliver solutions through networks of communities and or of change agentsNice to Have:● Former Group Informatics experience is preferred● Experience large IT Service Management Projects● SAP, S/4HANA ExperienceNext steps:• Interviews: 1 round virtual• Info: Please note that this job posting will be halted on the 3.12.2025 at 16.00.
