Sales Support Specialist - Asset FinanceFully remote - Typically attend head office once a month.Leading Asset Finance firm.This role is remote but would best suit someone living in the North-West of the country (Sligo, Mayo, Donegal, Roscommon or surrounding counties).Excellent opportunity to work with strong management team with clear progression pathway to a full sales role based in the North West.The BackgroundLeading Asset Finance firm, looking to hire Sales Support professional to join their growing team.What’s on Offer / Package:Competitive salary & benefits, fully remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a key role supporting the front-line sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey from initial enquiry through to drawdown.Work closely with the Asset Finance sales team to support deal progression, onboarding and documentation.Handle client queries and provide updates throughout the application process.Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.Support preparation of proposals, agreements and documentation packs.Key Skills Required1–2 years’ experience in a sales support, client services or administration role (ideally within financial services, lending, or leasing).Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.A proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.Comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy.Experience in asset finance or leasing would be an advantage, but not essential.*Please note that applicants must be based in Ireland full-time and with full working rights.
