Greetings from NES Fircroft We are looking for a Assignment Support Administrator - Graduate Program!Working hours - 20 hours per weekResponsibilities: Reporting • Accurately produces and delivers weekly reports via DMCC to facilitate and track regional contractor status• Follows up on issues that the reports flag up when appropriate and works with relevant consultant to resolve, for example, contractors whose placements have expired• Produces ad hoc reports via DMCC or populates spreadsheets to support the business with client requests, for example, rates breakdowns Communication and Escalation • Effectively works with other support teams, for example, Commercial, Payroll and Travel, to ensure the contractor end to end process runs efficiently ? Ensures the contractor experience is positive through delivering a good level of service and prompt response times• Supports and works with other regional Assignment Support teams where there is overlap• Understands when to escalate any potential issues to Assignment Support Team Leader or Manager• Identifies and feeds back any Bullhorn issues to the relevant consultant• Appropriately notifies Team Manager of any delays with work due to fluctuations in volumes if this may affect service delivery Visa & Logistics (if applicable) • Works closely with particular region to coordinate visa requests• Ensures visa applications are made within appropriate timeframes and if necessary, liaises with the relevant visa issuing authority to assist with the process• Proactively researches any visa or mobilisation requirements if contractor is being placed in a new region Output Range/ DimensionsKey Performance Indicators • Achieve 100% in team compliance audit completed by the commercial team every month• Maintain each mailbox SLA Behavioural Competencies • Understanding customer needs and priorities to provide quality services• Using creative problem solving and successfully executing tasks to enhance the customer experience• Managing communications appropriately for the customer Enterprise• Making a productive contribution to revenue generation and exceeding minimum standards on activity and results ?
