Job Description

Job Responsibilities: a) Residential Management SupportAssist in handling residents’ complaints and follow-upCoordinate maintenance requests and track work progressSupport property management in enforcing house rules and SOPsAssist with move-in / move-out documentationMaintain inventory of office and maintenance suppliesEnsure confidentiality of residents’ and financial informationSupport management with ad-hoc administrative or accounts tasksEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresb) Administrative DutiesHandle daily administrative operations of the residential propertyManage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and residents’ inquiriesMaintain proper filing systems (physical and digital records)Prepare letters, notices, memos, and reportsCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providersSchedule appointments, meetings, and maintenance worksAssist in managing residents’ records and documentationc) Accounts & Finance SupportIssue invoices (from Finance Dept to purchasers), receipts, and payment reminders to residentsRecord daily collections and update accounting recordsAssist in accounts payable and receivableMaintain petty cash and expense trackingSupport monthly financial reports and reconciliationLiaise with auditors, accountants, or management when requiredMinimum Years of Experience: at least 1 year in property managementLocation: Twentyfive7, Kota KemuningWorking days: Mon - Fri, alt Saturday with allowance provided
