Great Career Opportunity and DevelopmentCompetitive Remuneration PackageConvenient Working LocationAs an Assistant Director, Workplace Safety & Health (Ops), you will be responsible for the following duties:Assist the Director in monitoring and reviewing departmental performance indicators to ensure goals are met efficiently.Strategically plan and review manpower and financial resources to meet organizational objectives.Develop and implement the Total Workplace Safety & Health (TWSH) Framework with emphasis on Occupational Health and Staff Protection.Lead the Secretariat for the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Council and Occupational Health (OH) Committee.Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of TWSH projects and programmes.Manage the Occupational Health Clinic and Staff Protection Office to ensure staff safety, health, and well-being.Participate in emergency planning and provide support during hospital incidents.Lead or support hospital-wide projects and perform other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
